Our VTC operates on a set of guidelines to maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful environment for all members. Please ensure you follow these rules to keep the community enjoyable for everyone.

1️⃣ Follow VTC and TruckersMP Rules
Follow both the VTC and TruckersMP rules, which are available here.🚚
2️⃣ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old. High school learners will not be allowed to join. 🎓
3️⃣ Communication
Use Discord for communication and have a working microphone. 🎙️
4️⃣ Speed Limits and Respect
Drive under 99 km/h and respect all drivers on the road. 🚗💨
5️⃣ Monthly Mileage
Drive at least 30,000 km per month. 🛣️
6️⃣ Warnings Policy
If you receive more than 3 warnings (excluding race deliveries), you will be banned from the VTC.
7️⃣ Read the Room
Always be mindful of the context and topic, whether you're speaking in Discord voice channels or texting. Avoid discussing personal matters, religion, or politics to maintain a respectful and focused environment.
🏁 Racing Rules
• Driving over 101 km/h will result in a warning. ⚠️
• After receiving a 4th warning in the same month, you will be given a last chance; the 5th race will result in dismissal. ❌
• All warnings reset at the beginning of each month meaning every month we start on a clean slate. 🔄
VTC Membership
By joining our VTC, you agree to abide by these rules. If you are dismissed due to inactivity or lack of participation, please understand that we made multiple attempts to contact you and provided a reasonable amount of time for a response, but received none to resolve the situation. 🚫
Resolution Of Issues
Our management team is made up of people, and mistakes can happen. If you feel you’ve been treated unfairly or wronged by a member of management, please contact HR by opening a ticket in ❓┃help-desk , we will work together to resolve the issue and find common ground. 🤝
